Apprentice Power compliance programs are designed to help banks brand and advance apprenticeship as a way to earn CRA credit through community development loans, investments and services. The process fosters stronger and more productive working relationships between the public and private sector education and workforce development systems. 

We channel apprenticeship job opportunities and training subsidies to LMI communities through a national network of banks for the benefit of their consumer, business, industry association and municipal clients with a focus on small business development.

Industry-recognized apprenticeship programs can demonstrate the benefits of STEAM education, increase financial literacy and include lifelong learning components such as economic and entrepreneurship education. Apprenticeships can also provide a variety of soft and technical skills development, along with the character development program of the Congressional Medal of Honor Foundation.
